If you apply for a job at Direct Derma Supplies ApS

In connection with a job search, the following personal information is processed:

  • General information: name, address, email, phone numbers
  • CV and resume
  • Optional: photo
  • Information about any provious offenses

The purpose of the process is to offer a smooth recruitment procedure, where data security is at the forefront. Applications are deleted no later than 6 months after the end of the recruitment process. You can contact us if you want your personal information to be deleted earlier. We do not disclose your personal information to others.


Storage of personal data

We store relevant personal information for 5 years plus the current year, cf. the “Accounting Act”.
All other personal data will be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer relevant for the purpose for which they were collected.

In some cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal information deleted by us, for example, if you revoke your consent, and we have no other legal basis to continue processing.
